There are airports in both islands and different companies connecting them. At the time of writing this post you can find flights with Air Europa, Canary Fly and Binter Canarias.
We always use Binter as they have many connecting flights per day and, if you arrive early to the airport and there is space you can just change your ticket and get into an earlier flight.
You can find flight from 30€ and it takes just 40 minutes.
